LEMONT, IL — A crash has caused lane blockages on both northbound and southbound lanes of Interstate 55 at Lemont Road on Friday morning, Illinois State Police shared on its Facebook. The crash happend on I-55 southbound, but there will be extended lane blockages on both the northbound and southbound lanes. "Expect delays and seek an alternate route if possible," police said.
