Criminal Damage To Property, No License: Lemont Police Reports

The following information is from the Lemont Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

Criminal Damage To Property

• At 10 a.m. Nov. 20, Shane Roede, 19, of Homer Glen, was arrested following an incident in the 1200 block of State Street for criminal damage to property. Roede was issued a Dec. 27 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
• At 8:44 a.m. Nov. 29, Mohammed Shukri, 18, of Plainfield, was arrested following an incident in the 1200 block of State Street for criminal damage to property. Shukri was issued a Dec. 27 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Driver's License Never Issued

• At 7:41 a.m. Nov. 25, Felix Gregorio-Cruz, 42, of Romeoville, was arrested following a traffic stop in the 15800 block of New Avenue for driver's license never issued, speeding 15-20 mph over the limit and operation of uninsured motor vehicle. Gregorio-Cruz was issued a Dec. 29 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
• At 4:55 a.m. Nov. 27, Marqusha Cousins, 24, of Chicago, was arrested following a traffic stop in the 15500 block of New Avenue for driver's license never issued, operation of uninsured motor vehicle and improper lane usage. Cousins was issued a Dec. 29 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
• At 10:21 a.m. Nov. 28, Julija Suscenkovaite, 39, of Chicago, was arrested following a traffic stop at Route 83 and Grant Road for driver's license never issued and speeding 15-20 mph over the limit. Suscenkovaite was issued a Dec. 27 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Driving While License Revoked/Suspended

• At 2:13 p.m. Nov. 26, Rytis Gavelis, 26, of the 1000 block of Hillview Drive, was arrested following a traffic stop in the 400 block of Keepataw Drive for driving while license revoked and illegal transportation of alcohol. Gavelis was issued a Dec. 29 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
• At 6:30 p.m. Nov. 28, Edmund Kalinski, 51, of the 300 block of Short Street, was arrested following a traffic stop in the 15600 block of 127th Street for driving while license suspended/revoked, operation of uninsured motor vehicle and no seat belt. Kalinski was issued a Dec. 29 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Contributing To The Delinquency Of A Minor

• At 2:29 p.m. Nov. 28, Dennis McCaffrey, 50, of the 72800 block of Mayfair Drive, was arrested following an incident in the 12800 block of Mayfair for contributing to the delinquency of a minor. McCaffrey was issued a Dec. 27 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

No Valid Driver's License

• At 10:13 a.m. Dec. 1, Alexander Chivchive, 27, of Darien, was arrested following a traffic stop at Route 83 and Grant Road for no valid driver's license and speeding 15-20 mph over the limit. Chivchive was issued a Dec. 27 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
