Disorderly Conduct, License Suspended: Lemont Arrests

The following information is from the Lemont Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

Oct. 21

• Christopher Henderson, 43, of the 13600 block of Archer Avenue, was arrested at 8:10 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct following an incident in the 1200 block of State St. Henderson was issued a Dec. 4 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Oct. 23

• Gintaustas Garsva, 45, of Wisconsin, was arrested at 2:45 a.m. and charged with driving while license suspended/revoked and no rear registration light following a traffic stop at Lemont Road and 97th Street. Garsva was issued a Nov. 15 court date at the DuPage County Courthouse.
• A juvenile was issued a local ordinance citation for possession of cannabis following an incident in the 800 block of Porter Street. The juvenile will appear in local court.
• Arnoldas Dziatlovskis, 30, of Lockport, was arrested at 9:32 p.m. and charged with driving while license suspended/revoked, operation of uninsured vehicle and improper use of registration following a traffic stop at New Avenue and Brown Drive. Dziatlovskis was issued a Dec. 6 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Oct. 25

• Sarai Olguin-Barrera, 24, of Aurora, was arrested at 8:49 a.m. and charged with driving while license suspended/revoked and operation of motor vehicle with suspended registration following a traffic stop at Lemont and Old Lemont roads. Olguin-Barrera was issued a Dec. 4 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
