Disorderly Conduct, Retail Theft: Lemont Arrests

January 26

  • At 2:20 p.m., Kayle Scheel, 19, of Woodridge, was arrested for leaving the scene of a property damage accident and disorderly conduct following an incident in the 16000 block of 127th Street. Scheel was issued a Feb. 15 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

  • At 7:25 a.m., Johanna Varela, 37, of Woodridge, was arrested for driving while license suspended/revoked, unlicensed for more than a year and suspended registration for non-insurance following a traffic stop in the 15700 block of New Avenue. Varela was issued a Feb. 13 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

January 30

  • At 7:17 p.m., Charmine Green, 22, of Westmont, was arrested for retail theft following an incident in the 13400 block of Archer Avenue. Green was issued a Feb. 15 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
  • At 7:17 p.m., Vanessa Saunders, 24, of Joliet, was arrested for retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia following an incident in the 13400 block of Archer Avenue. Saunders was issued a Feb. 15 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

January 31

  • At 8:55 a.m., Pamela Wagner, 50, of Tinley Park, was arrested for driving while license suspended, operation of uninsured motor vehicle and speeding 26-34 over the limit following a traffic stop at Lemont and Old Lemont roads. Wagner was issued a Feb. 15 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

February 1

  • At 8:42 a.m., Dumitru Brinza, 23, of Lockport, was arrested for no driver's license obtained and expired registration following a traffic stop at 127th Street and I-355. Brinza was issued a March 23 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
