District 113A School Calendar 2018-19: Dates To Know, First Day

LEMONT, IL — Lemont-Bromberek Combined School District 113A students will soon head back to school for the 2018-19 school year. The district has released its school calendar for the year, which is full of important dates to remember for both parents and students.

The calendar includes dates like winter and spring break, holidays, conferences and half days. Here is the list of days you should know for this school year:

August

• 8/15 - First day of school

September

• 9/3 - Labor Day (No School)
• 9/13 - Half day for students (School Improvement Day)

October

• 10/5 - Teacher Institute Day (No School)
• 10/8 - Columbus Day (No School)
• 10/31 - Half day for students (School Improvement Day)

November

• 11/1 - 11/2 - Parent Teacher Conferences (No School)
• 11/19 - 11/23 - Thanksgiving Break (No School)
• 11/26 - Classes resume

December

• 12/21 - Half day for students
• 12/22 - 12/31 - Winter Break (No School)

January

• 1/1 - 1/6 - Winter Break (No School)
• 1/7 - Teacher Institute (No School)
• 1/8 - Classes resume
• 1/21 - Martin Luther King Jr. Day (No School)

February

• 2/7 - Half day for students (School Improvement Day)
• 2/18 - Presidents Day (No School)
