Samuel B. Santoyo, 21, of the 600 block of E. Butterfield Road in Lombard, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Aggravated Speeding and Illegal Transportation of Alcohol following a traffic stop in the 10900 block of Lemont Road. Mr. Santoyo was issued a January 6 court date at the Dupage County court House.

Driving on Suspended License

Bradly M. Wilson, 22, of the 14700 block of S. Arboretum Drive in Homer Glen, was arrested for Driving While License Suspended/Revoked and Expired Registration following a traffic stop at Archer Avenue and State Street. Mr. Wilson was issued a January 27 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

MONDAY, DEC. 7

Speeding 26–34 mph Over

Alex P. Polino, 24, of the 13100 block of W. Huntmaster Lane in Lemont, was arrested for Speeding 26-34 Over following a traffic stop at Parker Road and Huntmaster Lane. Mr. Polino was issued a January 25 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Driving While License Suspended

Mollie A. White, 41, of the 8500 Wellington Drive in Joliet, was arrested for Driving While License Suspended following a traffic stop in the 13400 block of Archer Avenue. Ms. White was issued a January 25 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Domestic Battery

Benjamin Emini, 62, of the 1000 block of Saddle Lane in Lemont, was arrested for Domestic Battery following an incident in the 1100 block of Saddle Lane. Mr. Emini appeared at the Bridgeview Court House for a Bond Hearing.

SATURDAY, DEC. 5

DUI

Christopher J. Chiarella, 32, of the 3900 block of W. 63rd Street in Chicago, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Improper Lane Usage following a traffic stop at Archer Avenue and McCarthy Road. Mr. Chiarella was issued a January 27 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

A juvenile was issued a Local Ordinance Citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia following a traffic stop in the 15900 block of New Avenue. The Juvenile will appear in the Local Court.
