Domestic Battery, DUIs: Lemont Police Reports

The following information is from the Lemont Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

Driving While License Suspended/Revoked

• At 10:45 p.m. Dec. 12, Tiffany McCaskill-Robinson, 37, of Chicago, was arrested following a traffic stop at 97th Street and Lemont Road for driving while license suspended/revoked and operation of vehicle with expired registration. McCaskill-Robin will appear at the DuPage County Court House.

Speeding

• At 2:47 p.m. Dec. 13, Cody Shelton, 24, of Hinckley, was arrested following a traffic stop in the 17300 block of 127th Street for speeding 51 mph in a 30 mph zone. Shelton was issued a Jan. 19 court date at the Will County Court House.
• At 4:33 a.m. Dec. 22, Amin El Haj, 50, of Homer Glen, was arrested following a traffic stop at Parker Road and Huntmaster Lane for speeding 26-34 mph over the limit. El Haj was issued a Feb. 13 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Domestic Battery

• At 4:32 p.m. Dec. 16, John Gory, 55, of the 0-100 block of Lindsay Court, was arrested following an incident in the 0-100 block of Lindsay court for domestic battery. Gory appeared at the Bridgeview Court House for a Bond Hearing.

DUI

• At 3:15 a.m. Dec. 16, Corey Ortega, 19, of the 500 block of Czacki Street, was arrested following an accident in the 500 block of Czacki for DUI-alcohol, operation of uninsured motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia. Ortega was issued a December 29th court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
• At 1:33 a.m. Dec. 17, Thomas Mischke, 44, of Munster, Indiana, was arrested following an accident at 127th and State streets for DUI-alcohol and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident. Mischke was issued a Feb. 13 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
• At 1:33 a.m. Dec. 17, Raul Jirik, 47, of the 12900 block of Sunrise Drive, was arrested following an accident at 127th and State streets for DUI-alcohol. Jirik was issued a Feb. 13 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
• At 2:21 a.m. Dec. 21, Gonzalo Gonzalez, 30, of Blue Island, was arrested following a traffic stop at Archer Avenue and Bell Road for aggravated DUI, driving while license revoked and improper lane use. Gonzalez was issued a Feb. 13 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

No Valid Driver's License

• At 6:45 p.m. Dec. 23, Marcellus Hornsby, 19, of Joliet, was arrested following a traffic stop at New Avenue and Timberline Driver for no valid driver's license and no insurance. Hornsby was issued a Feb. 15 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
