Domestic Battery, Retail Theft: Lemont Police Reports

The following information is from the Lemont Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.
Retail Theft
- At 4:10 p.m. Oct. 28, Nathan Morales, 22, of the 700 block of Warner Avenue, was arrested following an incident in the 13400 block of Archer Avenue for three counts of retail theft. Morales appeared at the Bridgeview Court House for a bond hearing.
Driving While License Suspended/Revoked

- At 8:59 p.m. Oct. 31, Melissa Caballero, 27, of Bolingbrook, was arrested following a traffic stop at Lemont and Old Lemont roads for driving while license suspended/revoked, unlicensed more than one year, operation of an uninsured motor vehicle and no registration plate light. Caballero was issued a Nov. 14 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
- At 10:18 a.m. Oct. 31, Ahmed Braqa, 20, of Bridgeview, was arrested following a traffic stop at Archer Avenue and Bell Road for driving while license suspended/revoked, no valid driver's license and no seat belt. Braqa was issued a Nov. 14 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
Domestic Battery
- At 8:44 a.m. Nov. 2, Jennifer Haire, 43, of the 700 block of Houston, was arrested following an incident in the 700 block of Houston for domestic battery. Haire appeared at the Bridgeview Court House for a bond hearing.
Driver's License Never Issued

- At 9:55 p.m. Nov. 2, Antonia Rodriguez, 41, of Oak Forest, was arrested following a traffic stop at Archer Avenue and Steeples Road for driver's license never issued, operation of uninsured motor vehicle and no headlights/taillight/side lights when required. Rodriguez was issued a Dec. 27 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
Speeding
- At 9:07 p.m. Nov. 3, Andrzej Kowalczyk, 22, of Hickory Hills, was arrested following a traffic stop in the 17400 block of 127th Street for speeding 26-34 mph over the limit. Kowalczyk was issued a Dec. 15 court date at the Will County Court House.
