Domestic Battery, Speeding: Lemont Arrests

Lemont Police reports through Sept. 13.

The following information is from the Lemont Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

Sept. 7

  • James Gonzalez, 42, of Glen Ellyn, was arrested at 7:51 p.m. and charged with driving while license suspended/revoked, operation of vehicle with revoked/suspended registration and operating an uninsured vehicle, following a traffic stop at Lemont and Old Lemont roads. Gonzalez was issued an Oct. 28 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

  • Donna Kucharski, 61, of the 0-100 block of Pine Needles Drive, was arrested at 12:01 a.m. and charged with domestic battery following an incident in the 0-100 block of Pine Needles. Kucharski was taken to Cook County Jail for a bond hearing.

Sept. 9

  • Jesus Pelaez-Diaz, 25, of Chicago, was arrested at 9:32 a.m. and charged with driving while license suspended/revoked, operating an uninsured vehicle and expired registration following a traffic stop at State and Cass streets. Pelaez-Diaz was issued an Oct. 25 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

  • Leomia Stingley, 32, of Chicago, was arrested at 7:50 a.m. and charged with driving without valid license and speeding 21-25 mph over the limit following a traffic stop at Smith Road and 127th Street. Stingley was issued an Oct. 18 court date at the Will County Courthouse.
  • Tacarriei Johnson, 21, of Plainfield, was arrested at 11:56 a.m. and charged with speeding 26-35 mph over the limit following a traffic stop at Briarcliffe Drive and 127th Street. Johnson was issued an Oct. 18 court date at the Will County Courthouse.

Sept. 12

  • Jessica Croarkin, 25, of Joliet, was arrested at 6:53 p.m. and charged with driving license suspended/revoked following a traffic stop at State and Illinois streets. Croarkin was issued an Oct. 28 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
