Driving on Revoked License

Michael R. Wake, 26, of the 400 block of Autumn Drive in Delavan, Wisconsin was arrested for driving while license revoked, overweight on registration and spilling load on highway following an incident on Lemont and Old Lemont roads. He was issued a June 2 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Possession of Cannabis, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Shawn C. Parker, 19, of the 400 block of Autumn Drive in Delavan, Wisconsin was arrested for possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia following an incident in the 11100 block of Lemont Road. He was issued a June 2 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Possession of Controlled Substance

Amanda M. Borders, 32, of the 300 block of High Road in Romeoville, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of cannabis following an incident in the 100 block of Lemont Street. She appeared at the Bridgeview Court for a bond hearing.

THURSDAY, APRIL 30

Suspended Registration

Johnathon J. McDaniel, 29, of the 1000 block of McCameron Avenue in Lockport, Illinois was arrested for suspended registration for no insurance and no front plate following a traffic stop at Illinois and State streets. He was issued a June 4 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

TUESDAY, APRIL 28

Operation of a Commercial Vehicle with a License

Cesar Baredes-Garcia, 36, of the 7600 block of 63rd Street in Summit, Illinois was arrested for operation of a Commercial Vehicle Without a Commercial Drivers License and No Valid Drivers License following a traffic stop at Illinois Street and State Street. Mr. Baredes-Garcia was issued a June 4th court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Speeding, Operation of Uninsured Motor Vehicle

Emily E. Kowalzyk, 23, of the 8100 block of Piute Trail in Tinley Park was arrested for speeding and operation of uninsured motor vehicle following a traffic stop in the 17400 block of 127th Street. She was issued a May 13 court date at the Will County Court House.

MONDAY, APRIL 27

Driving on Suspended License

Flavio Garcia–Renteria, 42, of the 1800 block of S. Grove Avenue in Berwyn, was arrested for driving while license suspended following a traffic stop at Lemont and Bluff roads. He will appear in the Dupage County Court House.

Improper Operation of Commercial Motor Vehicle

Jacek B. Janik, 37, of the 6400 block of W. 87th Place in Oak Lawn, was arrested for improper operation of commercial motor vehicle drivers license and improper use of registration following a traffic stop in the 13400 block of Archer Avenue. He was issued a June 2 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Possession of Cannabis

Mark A. Morley, 48 years of age, who resides at 711 Gee Street, in Bay City, Michigan was issued local ordinance citations for possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia following an incident in the 1100 Block of State Street. He will appear in the local court.

Driving on Suspended License

Rory B. Saldana, 66, of the 700 block of Kruk Street in Lemont, was arrested for driving while license suspended for registration following a traffic stop at State Street and Keepataw Drive. He was issued a June 4 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

SUNDAY, APRIL 26

Property Damage

Between 7 a.m. on April 26 and 4:49 p.m. on April 27, an unknown offender damaged property in the 200 block of Illinois Street. Anyone with information please contact the Lemont Police Department.

FRIDAY, APRIL 24

Domestic Battery, Theft and Criminal Trespass to Vehicle

Joseph T. Whetter, 27, of the 3400 block of 83rd Street in Woodridge, was arrested for domestic battery, theft and criminal trespass to vehicle following an incident in the 500 block of Second Street. He appeared at the Bridgeview Court House for a bond hearing.

Damage to Vehicle

On April 24 between 8 a.m. and 2:40 p.m., an unknown offender damaged a vehicle in the 800 block of Porter Street. Anyone with information please contact the Lemont Police Department.

Property Damage

Between April 22 and April 27, an unknown offender damaged property in the 600 block of Sobieski Street. Anyone with information please contact the Lemont Police Department.
