Domestic Battery, Unlawful Consumption of Alcohol: Lemont Blotter

The following information is from the Lemont Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

Driving While License Suspended/Revoked

• At 9:12 p.m. June 16, Devonta Harris, 25, Bolingbrook, was arrested following a traffic stop at Main Street and Walker Road for driving while license suspended/revoked and operation of uninsured motor vehicle. Harris was issued a July 24 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
• At 4:04 p.m. June 23, Dolores Menchaca, 45, Chicago, was arrested following a traffic stop in the 600 block of Illinois Street for driving while license suspended/revoked, speeding 15-25 mph over the limit and operation of an uninsured motor vehicle. Menchaca was issued a July 24 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Unlawful Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor

• At 3:02 a.m. June 17, Annamarie Gorski, 19, of the 0-100 block of West Logan, was arrested following an incident in the 100 block of Stephen Street for unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor and obstructing a peace officer. Gorski was issued a July 26 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Domestic Battery

• At 8:36 a.m. June 22, John Goryl, 67, of the 13300 block of Kettering Boulevard, was arrested following an incident in the 13300 block of Kettering for two counts of domestic battery and unlawful interference with reporting of domestic violence. Goryl appeared at the Bridgeview Court House for a bond hearing.
