Drawing Contest Winners Selected for Lemont Keepataw Day Parade
Two Winners Have Been Selected to Carry the Lead Banner in the 72nd Annual Lemont Keepataw Day Parade on Sunday, September 1, 2024 at 1 p.m.

Lemont Keepataw Day, a local nonprofit 501(c)3 arts, culture, and humanities organization, in partnership with the Lemont Public Library, is thrilled to announce the winners of its recent drawing contest. This event wouldn't have been possible without the active participation of the Lemont community.
The drawing contest, which was open to Lemont youth ages 8 to 14, invited participants to create a drawing that celebrated the theme of “Village of Volunteers," a reflection of the community's spirit of service and cooperation.
The winners have secured the honor of holding the lead banners in the 72nd Annual Keepataw Day Parade, which will be held on Sunday, September 1, 2024, at 1 p.m. in downtown Lemont.
