Drug Possession, DUI: Lemont Arrests

The following information is from the Lemont Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

Aug. 18

• Modesta Mancilla, 55, of Joliet, was arrested at 3:34 a.m. and charged with driving while license suspended/revoked and improper lane use following a traffic stop in the 12400 block of Archer Avenue. Mancilla was issued a Sept. 19 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
• Erik Gunderson, 40, of New Lenox, was arrested at 8:48 p.m. and charged with driving while license suspended/revoked, illegal transportation of alcohol and driving without lights when required following a traffic stop at State and Logan streets. Gunderson was issued a Sept. 19 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
• Jeanne Villagracia, 24, of Plainfield, was arrested at 10:41 p.m. and charged with driving while license suspended/revoked and no front/rear registration following a traffic stop at State and Logan streets. Villagracia was issued a Sept. 17 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Aug. 19

• Gintautas Garsva, 44, of Washington, Wisconsin, was arrested at 12:15 a.m. and charged with DUI-alcohol, one headlamp and improper lane use following a traffic stop at Lemont and Bluff roads. Garsva was issued an Oct. 24 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Aug. 22

• A juvenile was issued a local ordinance citation for possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia at 1:12 p.m. in the 800 block of Porter Street. The juvenile will appear in the local court.

Aug. 23

• Greta Brazauskaite, 32, of Downers Grove, was arrested at 12:28 a.m. and charged with speeding 35+ mph over the limit and improper lane use following a traffic stop at Parker Road and Huntmaster Lane. Brazauskaite was issued a Sept. 17 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
• Mireya Serranto, 39, of Chicago, was arrested at 5:17 a.m. and charged with driving without valid license (never issued) and speeding 15-20 mph over the limit following a traffic stop at State and Logan streets. Serranto was issued a Sept. 17 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
• Ramon Simental, 19, of Rockdale, was arrested at 11:58 p.m. and charged with driving without valid license (never issued), operation of uninsured vehicle, no rear registration plate light and loud muffler following a traffic stop at Archer Avenue and McCarthy Road. Simental was issued a Sept. 19 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
