DUI, Aggravated Assault: Lemont Arrests

The following information is from the Lemont Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

Sept. 22

• Krista Lopez, 43, of Plainfield, was arrested at 11:04 a.m. for driving while license suspended, speeding and operation of uninsured motor vehicle following a traffic stop in the 17300 block of 127th Street. Lopez was issued an Oct. 19 court date at the Will County Court House.

Sept. 23

• Richard Moody, 24, of Joliet, was arrested at 12:50 a.m. for DUI-alcohol, illegal transportation of alcohol and improper lane use following a traffic stop at Archer and Baileys Crossing Drive. Moody was issued a Nov. 7 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Sept. 25

• Granat Speakman, 45, of Downers Grove, was arrested at 1:20 p.m. for speeding 26-34 mph over the limit following a traffic stop at Lemont Road and Illinois Street. Speakman was issued a Nov. 7 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Sept. 26

• Santos Lopez-Carrillo, 30, of Bensenville, was arrested at 3:05 p.m. for no valid driver's license and speeding following a traffic stop in the 1100 block of Covington Drive. Lopez-Carrillo was issued a Nov. 5 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Sept. 27

• Mario Aguinaga, 55, of the 900 block of McCarthy Road, was arrested at 2:54 p.m. for five counts of aggravated assault following an incident in the 900 block of McCarthy. Aguinaga was issued a Nov. 7 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
