DUI, Criminal Damage To Property: Lemont Arrests

The following information is from the Lemont Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

Dec. 4

  • John Derry, 28, of the 100 block of Stephen Street, was arrested at 12:12 a.m. for driving while license suspended/revoked, operation of uninsured motor vehicle, improper use of registration/title and no rear registration plate light following a traffic stop at Lemont and Main streets. Derry was issued a Dec. 18 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
  • Patrick Ford, 48, of Lisle, was arrested at 1:20 p.m. for harassment by electronic communication following an incident in the 0-100 block of Deborah Drive. Ford was issued a Jan. 30 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

  • Vaida Lukoseviciene, 45, of the 12700 block of Archer Avenue, was arrested at 10:13 a.m. for DUI-alcohol, leaving the scene of an accident, no insurance and disobeyed traffic control signal following an accident at Archer Avenue and Derby Road. Lukoseviciene was issued a Jan. 30 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Dec. 7

  • Daniel Garza, 30, of the 15900 block of New Avenue, was arrested at 9:54 p.m. for criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct following an incident in the 100 block of Stephen Street. Garza was issued a Jan. 30 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
