DUI, Drug Possession: Lemont Arrests

The following information is from the Lemont Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

Oct. 27

• Robert Maltese, 44, of Homer Glen, was arrested at 2:54 p.m. and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of controlled substance following a traffic stop in the 13200 block of 131st Street. Maltese was issued a court date.

Oct. 31

• A juvenile was issued a local ordinance citation for theft under $500 following an incident in the 16000 block of 127th Street. The juvenile will appear in local court.

Nov. 1

• Brian Frainey, 30, of Frankfort, was arrested at 1:55 p.m. and charged with DUI-intoxicating compounds, no valid driver's license, operating an uninsured vehicle and improper lane use following a traffic stop at State Street and Archer Avenue. Frainey was issued a Dec. 6 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
• Tamara Pike, 34, of the 13000 block of Bluegrass Drive, was arrested at 8:36 p.m. and charged with no valid driver's license and speeding 15-20 mph over the limit following a traffic stop in the 500 block of State Street. Pike was issued a Dec. 6 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
