DUI and Expired License: Lemont Blotter

The following information is from the Lemont Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

Expired Driver's License

• At 7:51 p.m. April 10, Jose Luna-Del Castillo, 53, Cicero, was arrested for driver's license expired more than one year and improper lighting following a traffic stop at Illinois and Stephen streets.

Driving While License Suspended/Revoked

• At 9:23 a.m. April 13, Bryan Basile, 29, of the 900 block of Porter, was arrested for driving while license suspended/revoked and no near registration plate light following a traffic stop at Lemont Road and Old Lemont Road.

DUI

At 6:19 p.m. April 14, Neal Fornek, 40, of the 700 block of Tomaszewski, was arrested for DUI-alcohol, reckless driving, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, improper lane usage and operation of uninsured motor vehicle, following a traffic accident in the 1300 block of Krystyna Place.
