Ellis Avenue in Dolton, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Leaving the Scene of an Accident, Failure to Give Aid or Information and Illegal Transportation of Alcohol following a traffic stop in the 13000 block of Archer Avenue.
