Michael Reaney, 52, of the 300 block of S. Hamilton Avenue in Lockport, was arrested for Driving While Registration Suspended following a traffic stop Lemont Road and Old Lemont Road. Mr. Reaney was issued a January 27 court date the Bridgeview Court House.

WEDNESDAY, DEC. 16

DUI, Hit and Run

Kevin R. Daniels, 52, of the 15700 block of S. Ellis Avenue in Dolton, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, Leaving the Scene of an Accident, Failure to Give Aid or Information and Illegal Transportation of Alcohol following a traffic stop in the 13000 block of Archer Avenue. Mr. Daniels was issued a January 27 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Possession of Cannabis and Drug Paraphernalia

Michael J. Gaytan, 21, of the 1900 block of W. Grace Street in Chicago, was issued a local citation for Possession of cannabis, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Improper Lighting following a traffic stop in the 300 block of Freehauf Street. Mr. Gaytan will appear in the local court.

MONDAY, DEC. 14

No Valid Driver’s License

Josefina O. Olivera, 46, of the 10400 block of S. Avenue M in Chicago, was arrested for No Valid Driver’s License following a traffic stop at Main Street and Fourth Street. Ms. Olivera was issued a January 25 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Possession of Cannabis

Christopher J. Kapolka, 20, of the 600 block of Millbrook Drive in Downers Grove, was issued a Local Ordinance Citation for Possession of Cannabis following a traffic stop in the 10900 block of Lemont Road. Mr. Kapolka will appear in the local court.

Possession of Cannabis

Roosevelt T. Carr III, 24, of the 700 block of Westchester Boulevard in Westchester, was issued a Local Ordinance Citation for Possession of Cannabis following a traffic stop at 127th Street and High Road. Mr. CarIII will appear in the Local Court.

Jeremiah J. Tamez, 20, of the 900 block of State Street in Lemont, was issued a Local Ordinance Citation for Possession of Cannabis following a traffic stop in the 300 block of Front Street. Mr. Tamez will appear in the local court.

Speeding, No Valid License

Juan Fagardo, 26, of the 15500 block of Lawndale Avenue in Markham, was arrested for No Valid Driver’s License and Speeding following a traffic stop at Lemont Road and Old Lemont Road. Mr. Fagardo was issued a January 27 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Conners, 34, of the 400 block of Garland Avenue in Romeoville, was arrested for Driving While License Suspended/Revoked, Operation of Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Driving While Registration Suspended for Non-Insurance following a traffic stop at Main Street and Walker Road. Mr. Conners was issued a January 25 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Possession of Cannabis

William A. Pinero, 29, of the 400 block of S. Harlem Avenue in Forest Park was issued a Local Ordinance Citation for Possessions of Cannabis following a traffic stop 127th Street and State Street. Mr. Pinero will appear in the local court.

Possession of Cannabis, Only One Headlight

John E.M. Hrabski, 22, of the 13100 block of Moorefield Court in Lemont, was arrested for Possession of Cannabis, Only One Headlight and Loud Muffler following a traffic stop in the 600 block of Tomaszewski Street. Mr. Hrabski appeared at the Bridgeview Court House for a Bond Hearing.
