DUI, Leaving The Scene: Lemont Arrests

The following information is from the Lemont Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

Sept. 28

• Joshua Quade, 22, of Lockport, was arrested at 4:16 a.m. and charged with DUI-alcohol, resisting/obstructing a peace officer and speeding 1-20 mph over the limit following a traffic stop in the 13400 block of Archer Avenue. Quade was issued an Oct. 24 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Sept. 29

• Lashawn Cole, 32, of Chicago, was arrested at 12:25 a.m. and charged with driving without valid license (never issued) and speeding 26-34 mph over the limit following a traffic stop at Lemont and Old Lemont roads. Cole was issued an Oct. 28 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
• Alexander Mintari, 23, of Homer Glen, was arrested at 1:40 a.m. and charged with leaving the scene of an accident, failure to give information/aid and driving too fast for conditions following an incident in the 12200 block of Archer Avenue. Mintari was issued an Oct. 28 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Oct. 5

• Michael Wojcik, 27, of Hickory Hills, was arrested at 7:24 a.m. and charged with speeding 26-34 mph over the limit following a traffic stop in the 13700 block of McCarthy Road. Wojcik was issued an Oct. 24 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
• Tiphanie Bellamy, 27, of Crest Hill, was arrested at 11:05 a.m. and charged with driving while license suspended/revoked and speeding 15-20 mph over the limit following a traffic stop in the 700 block of McCarthy Road. Bellamy was issued an Oct. 28 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Oct. 7

• Jose Ovalle-Martinez, 33, of Darien, was arrested at 6:30 p.m. and charged with DUI-alcohol, driving while license suspended/revoked, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and improper lane use following an incident at Archer Avenue and Baileys Crossing Drive. Ovalle-Martinez was issued an Oct. 28 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Oct. 9

• Elleri Perez, 41, of Joliet, was arrested at 8:14 a.m. and charged with driving while license suspended/revoked following an incident at Lockport and Main streets. Perez was issued an Oct. 28 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Oct. 11

• Jose Ramos, 23, of Chicago, was arrested at 7:44 p.m. and charged with speeding 26-34 mph over the limit and operating an uninsured vehicle following a traffic stop in the 11900 block of Lemont Road. Ramos was issued an Oct. 28 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
