DUI, No License: Lemont Police Blotter

The following information is from the Lemont Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

May 4

• Francisco Zavala-Mena, 40, of Chicago, was arrested at 2:57 p.m. and charged with no valid driver's license following a traffic stop at Archer Avenue and 135th Street. Zavala-Mena was issued a June 21 court date at the Will County Courthouse.
• Sohaila Montgomery, 44, of Naperville, was arrested at 10:08 p.m. and charged with DUI-alcohol and speeding less than 39 mph over the limit following a traffic stop at State and Logan streets. Montgomery was issued a May 28 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

May 8

• Diego Rivera, 39, of the 300 block of Short Street, was arrested at 10:56 p.m. and charged with driving license suspended/revoked, operation of uninsured motor vehicle and improper lighting following a traffic stop at State Street and Keepataw Drive. Rivera was issued a May 28 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
