DUI, Public Intoxication: Lemont Arrests

The following information is from the Lemont Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

Sept. 15

• Omar Arriaga, 34, of Cicero, was arrested at 2:35 a.m. and charged with DUI-alcohol and improper lane use following a traffic stop at Lemont and Naples roads. Arriaga was issued an Oct. 24 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
• Theresa Salup, 39, of the 400 block of Grant Street, was arrested at 8:03 p.m. and charged with domestic battery following an incident in the 400 block of Grant. Salup was taken to Cook County Jail for a bond hearing.

Sept. 16

• A juvenile was issued a local ordinance citation for possession of cannabis following an incident in the 800 block of Porter Street. The juvenile will appear in local court.

Sept. 17

• A juvenile was arrested at 8:20 p.m. and charged with driving while license suspended/revoked and operation of vehicle with expired registration following a traffic stop at First and Schultz streets. The juvenile was issued an Oct. 28 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Sept. 20

• Michael Konrad, 31, of Chicago, was arrested at 9:40 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and public intoxication following an incident in the 400 block of Talcott Avenue. Konrad was issued an Oct. 28 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
