Driving on Suspended License

Marino Cortina Jr, 22, of the 1700 block of Mountain Ridge Pass in Plainfield, was arrested for driving while license suspended following a traffic stop at Archer Avenue and Steeples Road. He was issued an August 17 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Speeding

Ricardo Aguirre, 33, of the 600 block of Jerome Avenue in Joliet, was arrested for speeding and no valid drivers license / expired following a traffic stop in the 11500 block of Archer Avenue. He was issued an August 19 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Retail Theft

A juvenile was issued a local ordinance citation for retail theft following an incident in the 13400 block of Archer Avenue. The juvenile will appear in the local court

THURSDAY, JULY 23

Driving on Suspended License

Israel Aragon, 29, of the 5100 block of S. Christina Avenue in Chicago, was arrested for driving while license suspended, no insurance and registration suspended for non-insurance following a traffic stop at Archer Avenue and Parker Road. He was issued an August 17 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Possession of Cannabis

Atri B. Bathani, 19, of the 1700 block of Hillcrest Lane in Woodridge, was issued a local ordinance citation for possession of cannabis following an incident in the 1100 block of Warner Avenue. He will appear in the local court.

TUESDAY, JULY 21

DUI

Darcie M. Seeden, 32, of the 17100 block of Bluff Road in Lemont, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while license revoked, no insurance, improper lane usage and expired registration following a traffic stop in the 16000 block of New Avenue. She was issued an August 13 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

On 7/21/15 at 4:20 p.m. Sarah E. Karpinski, 34 years of age, who resides at 1110 Valley Lane, in Lockport, Illinois was issued Local Ordinance Citation for Retail Theft following an incident in the 13400 Block of Archer Avenue. Ms. Karpinski will appear in the local court.

MONDAY, JULY 20

Resisting/Obstructing a Police Officer

Jocelyn M. Hernandez, 21, of 20 W. 468 Westminster Drive,in Downers Grove, was arrested for resisting/obstructing a police officer, driving while license suspended, possession of cannabis, disobeyed stop sign, loud muffler, obstructed windshield and illegal transportation of alcohol following an incident at Derby Road and 131st Street. She will appear in the Bridgeview Court House.

Criminal Trespass to Land

James V. Hoffman, 48, of the 6000 block of Bishop Street in Chicago, was arrested for theft, resisting/obstructing a peace officer and criminal trespass to land following an incident in the 16200 block of New Avenue. He was issued an August 19 court date at the Bridgeview Court.

Retail Theft

Sarah E. Ballard, 20, of the 1200 block of Chatham Drive in Lemont, was issued a local ordinance citation for retail theft following an incident in the 13400 block of Archer Avenue. She will appear in the local court.

SATURDAY, JULY 18

Possession of Controlled Substance

Daniel W. Cullinan, 54, of the 10800 block of 76th Avenue in Worth, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance, possession of cannabis, driving while license suspended, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, and no rear registration plate light following a traffic stop at 127th Street and Archer Avenue. He appeared at the Bridgeview Court House for a bond hearing.
