Possession of Controlled Substance

Rebecca L. Kostelyk, 36, of the 1400 block of S. River Road in Des Plaines, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia following an incident at 300 River Street. She appeared at the Bridgeview Court House for a bond hearing.

TUESDAY, AUGUST 18

Driving on Suspended License

Tiffany N. Gates, 31, of the 12300 block of S. Peoria Street, in Calumet Park, Illinois for Driving While License Suspended following a traffic stop at Main Street and Walker Road. She was issued a September 24 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

DUI

Sally J. Lepacek, 24, of the 13400 block of Glen Entrance Drive in Homer Glen, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding following a traffic stop at Archer Avenue and State Street. She was issued a September 24 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

DUI

Julian Velazquez, 56, of the 300 block of First Avenue in Joliet, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane usage following a traffic stop at Archer Avenue and 131st Street. He was issued a September 24 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Toni M. Polino, 18, of the 13100 block of Huntmaster Lane in Lemont, was issued a local ordinance citation for possession of drug paraphernalia following an incident at Peiffer Avenue and Florence Street. She will appear in the local court.

Christopher L. Britter, 25, of the 7200 block of Woodward Avenue in Woodridge, was issued a local ordinance citation for possession of drug paraphernalia following an incident at McCarthy and Bell roads. Britter will appear in the local court.

Shawn M. Gallagher, 18, of the 500 block of Czacki Street in Lemont, was issued a local ordinance citation for possession of drug paraphernalia following an incident at 127th Street and Chestnut Crossing Drive. He will appear in the local court.

Trespass to State-Supported Land, Disorderly Conduct, Resisting a Police Officer

Brendan J. Brew, 23, of 25 Keepataw Court in Lemont, was issued local ordinance citations for trespass to state-supported land, disorderly conduct, resisting a police officer and public intoxication following an incident in the 1100 block of Kim Place. He will appear at the local court.

A juvenile was issued a local ordinance citation for retail theft following an incident in the 13400 Block of Archer Avenue. The juvenile will appear in the local court.

DUI, Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid Accident

Maria L. Cohen, 37, of the 14600 block of Creekview Drive in Orland Park, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident following in incident at Jane Avenue and 127th Street. She was issued September 28 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
