DUI, Retail Theft: Lemont Police Reports

Lemont police reports through Oct. 29.

LEMONT, IL — The following information is from the Lemont Police Department. An arrest or charge is not an indication of guilt.

Oct. 27

Enrique Avalos-Pineda, 23, of Bridgeview, was charged with failure to notify police of a property damage crash and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident for an Oct. 16 incident in the 1200 block of McCarthy Road.

Saleh Salawda, 37, of Lemont, was charged with domestic battery for a Sept. 25 incident in the 14100 block of 131st Street.

Frank Roy, 36, of Homer Glen, was charged with DUI, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and operating an uninsured motor vehicle at 10:05 p.m. at Walker and McCarthy roads.

Oct. 29

Roberta Zimkute, 26, of Willow Springs, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and four counts of retail theft at 4:42 p.m. in the 0-100 block of Wend Street.

Lukas Morkunas, 25, of Lemont, was charged with four counts of retail theft at 4:42 p.m. in the 0-100 block of Wend Street.
