Speeding 26-34 mph Over

Helene Z. Brou, 51, of 476 Julia Drive in Romeoville, was arrested for Speeding 26-34 Over following a traffic stop in the 17500 Block of 127th Street. Ms. Brou was issued a February 19 court date at the Will County Courthouse.

No Valid License

Roberto Pereyra-Ceron, 43, of 5823 Roosevelt Road in Cicero, was arrested for No Valid Drivers License following a traffic accident at Stephen Street and Talcott Avenue. Mr. Pereyra-Ceron was issued a March 11 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Retail Theft

Nikola Milenkov, 59, was issued a Local Ordinance Citation for Retail Theft following an incident in the 1100 block of State Street. Mr. Milenkov will appear in the local court.

TUESDAY, FEB. 2

Expired Registration, No Valid License

Justin F. Ashley, 21, of 310 Freehauf Street in Lemont, was arrested for No Valid Drivers License, Operation of Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Expired Registration following a traffic stop at State Street and 127th Street. Mr. Ashley was issued a March 11 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Alan Sanchez, 20, was issued a Local Ordinance Citation for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia following a traffic stop in the 13800 block of Main Street. Mr. Sanchez will appear in the local court.

Tires Damaged

Sometime between 4 p.m. on Feb. 1 and 9:05 a.m. on Feb. 2, an unknown offender damaged 2 tires on a vehicle on Povalish Court. Anyone with information please contact the Lemont Police Department.

DUI

Asta Garmuviene, 48, of 4 Ridge Road in Lemont, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Improper Lane Usage following a traffic stop in the 10900 block of Lemont Road. Ms. Garmuviene will appear in the Dupage Courthouse.

SUNDAY, JAN. 31

DUI, Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident

Craig A. Thompson, 30, of 131 White Oaks Road in Matteson, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid and Accident following an accident in the 700 block of McCarthy Road. Mr. Thompson was issued a March 15 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Driving on Suspended License

Omar Lopez, 23, of 2229 W. 18th Street in Chicago, was arrested for Driving While License Suspended, Operation of Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Suspended Registration for Non Insurance following a traffic stop at Lemont Road and Illinois Street. Mr. Lopez was issued a March 11 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
