Defective Muffler

Monique P. Martinez, 26, of 550 Chase Drive in Clarendon Hills, was arrested for Driving While License Suspended and Defective Muffler following a traffic stop in the 16100 block of New Avenue. Ms. Martinez was issued a March 11 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

THURSDAY, FEB. 11

No Insurance

Tanya L. Ugalde, 40, of 918 State Street in Lemont, was arrested for Driving While License Suspended, Operation of Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia following a traffic stop at State Street and 127th Street. Ms. Ugalde was issued a March 11 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Julio C. Rodriguez, 36, of 1950 S. St. Louis Avenue in Chicago, was arrested for No Valid Drivers License and No Rear Registration Plate Light following a traffic stop at Lemont Road and 97th Street. Mr. Rodriguez will appear in the Dupage County Courthouse.

Driving on Suspended License

Jennifer Perinat, 39, of 8408 Alden Lane in Darien, was arrested for Driving While License Suspended and Operation of Motor Vehicle with Suspended Registration for Non-Insurance following a traffic stop at State Street and Wend Street. Ms. Perinat was issued a March 15 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

Possession of Cannabis

Joseph P. Bianco, 26, was issued a Local Ordinance Citation for Possession of Cannabis following a traffic stop at Archer Avenue and Mirta Circle. Mr. Bianco will appear in the local court.

Ramunas Zitkevicius, 27, of 6827 Dove Avenue in Woodridge, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Speeding following a traffic stop in the 600 block of State Street. Mr. Zitkevicius was issued a March 11 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.

DUI, Illegal Transportation of Alcohol

Yahir Avila-Servantes, 31, of 2429 Troy Street in Chicago, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Illegal Transportation of Alcohol following a traffic stop at Archer Avenue and State Street. Mr. Avila-Servantes was issued a March 11 court date at the Bridgeview Courthouse.
