DUI, Speeding: Lemont Arrests

The following information is from the Lemont Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

May 5

• Stanislaw Rusin, 40, of Justice, was arrested at 3:04 a.m. following a traffic stop at McCarthy Road and Archer Avenue for DUI-alcohol, improper lane use, operation of vehicle with expired registration and no valid safety test sticker. Rusin was issued a June 6 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

May 7

• Danielius Krikscikas, 26, of the 1000 block of State Street, was arrested at 7:58 a.m. following a traffic stop at Main and Fourth streets for speeding 35+ over the limit and possession of drug paraphernalia. Krikscikas was issued a June 8 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

May 8

• Blanca Martinez, 45, of Chicago, was arrested at 4:30 a.m. following a traffic stop in the 500 block of State Street for driving while license suspended and speeding 15-20 mph over the limit. Martinez was issued a June 8 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
