Possession of Cannabis

Jonathan J. McDaniel, 29, of the 1000 block of McCameron Avenue in Lockport, was issued a local ordinance citation for possession of cannabis following a traffic stop in the 16400 block of New Avenue. He will appear in the local court.

THURSDAY, MARCH 26

No Valid License, Registration Suspended

Carmen Garduno-Alcantara, 41, of the 200 block of Clifton Lane in Bolingbrook, was arrested for no valid drivers license and driving while registration suspended following a traffic stop at New Avenue and Lockport Street. He was issued an April 28 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Speeding, Driving on Revoked License

Domingo Flores, 56, of the 600 block of Richards Street in Joliet, was arrest for driving while license revoked and speeding following a traffic stop in the 16600 block of New Avenue. He was issued an April 24 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Driving on Suspended License

Armando Ruiz-Garduno, 19, of the 200 block of Clifton Lane in Bolingbrook, was arrested for driving while license suspended, no valid registration and improper use of registration following a traffic stop at Lemont and Old Lemont roads. He was issued an April 28 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Speeding

Antonio J. Bazaldua, 39, of the 100 block of E. Robinhood Way in Bolingbrook, was arrested for speeding following a traffic stop in the 17400 block of 127th Street. He was issued a May 20 court date at the Will County Court House.

Jessica N. Jeffrey, 19, of 1 Mayfair Court in Lemont, was arrested for possession of cannabis with intent to deliver following a traffic stop in the 1000 block of State Street. Sge appeared at the Bridgeview Court House for a bond hearing.

Elvis Cervantes, 21, of the 200 block of E. Alpine Drive in Glendale Heights, for possession of cannabis with intent to deliver following a traffic stop in the 1000 block of State Street. He appeared at the Bridgeview Court House for a bond hearing.

Possession of Alcohol by Minor

Carlos Corona, 19, of the 700 block of Geneva Avenue in Romeoville, was issued a local ordinance citation for possession of alcohol by a minor following a traffic stop at 127th Street and New Avenue. He will appear in the local court.

Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Victor Corona, 20, of the 500 block of Glen Avenue in Romeoville, was issued a local ordinance citation for possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop at 127th Street and New Avenue. He will appear in the local court.

Theft

Two juveniles were issued local ordinance citations for theft following an incident in the 13400 block of Archer Avenue. The Juveniles will appear in the local court.

A juvenile was issued a local ordinance citation for possession of alcohol following an incident in the 800 block of Porter Street. The juvenile will appear in the local court.

No Valid License, Use of Cell Phone while Driving

Luis M. Ramirez-Escobar, 27, of the 400 block of Salem Square in Bolingbrook, was arrested for no valid drivers license and use of cell phone while driving following a traffic stop at 127th Street and Briarcliffe Drive. He was issued an April 24 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Theft from Businesses

• An unknown offender entered and removed currency without permission from a business in the 12300 block of Derby Road. Anyone with information please contact the Lemont Police Department.

Michal Lengvarsky, 20, of the 800 block of Houston Street in Lemont, was issued a local ordinance citation for possession of Drug Paraphernalia following a traffic stop at Lemont and Old Lemont roads. Mr. Lengvarsky will appear in the local court.

DUI, Disobeyed Stop Sign

Nicholas M. Hayes, 22, of the 13400 block of E. Redcoat Drive in Lemont, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol, disobeyed stop sign and improper lane usage following a traffic stop at State Street and Weimer Avenue. He was issued an April 28 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Sherwood M. Cotton, 26 , of the 1800 block of E. 73rd Street in Chicago, was arrested for driving while license suspended, no insurance and improper lane usage following a traffic stop at 127th Street and Archer Avenue. He was issued an April 24 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
