DUIs, Domestic Battery: Lemont Arrests

The following information is from the Lemont Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

Sept. 29

• Nicollette Edelhauser, 29, of the 800 block of John Street, was arrested at 8:57 a.m. for driving while license suspended following a traffic stop on Lemont Road and Old Lemont Road. Edelhauser was issued a Nov. 5 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Oct. 2

• Patrick Grimes, 35, of Crest Hill, was arrested at 7:33 p.m. for domestic battery following an incident in the 300 block of Short Street. Grimes appeared at the Bridgeview Court House for a bond hearing.

Oct. 4

• Mary Gines, 40, of the 800 block of Singer, was arrested at driving while license suspended/revoked and no headlight/tail lights following a traffic stop at Main Street and New Avenue. Gines was issued a Nov. 7 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Oct. 5

• Andrew Ho, 34, of Bolingbrook, was arrested at 12:54 a.m. for DUI-alcohol, improper lane use, only one red tail light, driver's license expired less than one year, and no front or rear registration plate following a traffic stop at 131st Street and Derby Road. Ho was issued a Nov. 5 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
• Julia Jachna, 33, of New Lenox, was arrested at 2:14 a.m. for DUI-alcohol and improper stopping on roadway following a traffic stop at State Street and Weimer Avenue. Jachna was issued a Nov. 7 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
