DUIs, Retail Theft: Lemont Arrests

The following information is from the Lemont Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

July 28

• William Grabiec, 52, of the 0-100 block of Meagan Lane, was arrested at 3:17 p.m. for domestic battery following an incident in the 0-100 block of Meagan. Grabiec appeared at the Bridgeview Court House for a bond hearing.

July 29

• Damien Koziel, 20, of the 700 block of Kruk Street, was at 10:14 p.m. arrested for DUI-drugs, operation of uninsured motor vehicle, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and improper lane use following an accident in the 11200 block of Lemont Road. Koziel was issued an Aug. 23 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

July 30

• Christopher Davis, 27, of Lockport, was arrested at 9:03 a.m. for driving while license suspended, no valid driver's license and no seat belt following a traffic stop at 127th Street and I-355. Davis was issued an Aug. 21 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
• Terry Prochazka, 51, of the 13600 block of Archer Avenue, was arrested at 4:21 p.m. for driving while license suspended/revoked and speeding 21-25 mph over the limit following a traffic stop at Main and Fourth streets. Prochazka was issued an Aug. 23
  court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
• Kristiona Bridges, 22, of Joliet, was arrested at 10:07 p.m. for no valid driver's license, operation of uninsured motor vehicle and no front/rear registration plate light following a traffic stop at Main and Franciscan Drive. Bridges was issued an Aug. 21 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

July 31

• Adrian Sedano, 25, of Darien, was arrested at 3:01 a.m. for DUI-alcohol, improper lane use and possession of cannabis following a traffic stop at State and Illinois streets. Sedano was issued an Aug. 21 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
• Juan Martinez, 21, of Chicago, was arrested at 7:55 p.m. for driving while license suspended/revoked, operation of uninsured motor vehicle, expired registration, possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop at State and Lincoln streets. Martinez was issued an Aug. 21 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Aug. 1

• Stephanie Barker, 34, of Munster Indiana, was arrested at 6:29 p.m. for retail theft following an incident in the 13400 block of Archer. Barker was issued an Aug. 23 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
• Jason Barker, 43, of Munster, Indiana, was arrested at 6:29 p.m. for retail theft following an incident in the 13400 block of Archer. Barker was issued an Aug. 23 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
