DUIs, Retail Theft: Lemont Police Reports

The following information is from the Lemont Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

DUI

• At 5:29 a.m. Dec. 2, Fabiola Flores, 25, of Orland Park, was arrested following an accident at Archer and State Street for DUI-alcohol, operation of uninsured motor vehicle, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, use of unlawful electronic communication device and illegal transportation of alcohol. Flores was issued a Dec. 27 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
• At 2:13 p.m. Dec. 3, Tricia Eby, 34, of the 16100 block of New Avenue, was arrested following a traffic stop at Lockport and New Avenue for DUI-alcohol, endangering the life or health of a child, illegal transportation of alcohol and improper lane usage. Eby was issued a Dec. 29 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Possession of Fictitious License

• At 1:40 a.m. Dec. 3, Brielle Christopherson, 20, of the 100 block of Erin Court, was arrested following a traffic stop at State Street and Peiffer Avenue for knowingly possessing ficticious/altered license/permit, operation of vehicle with expired registration and possession of drug paraphernalia. Christopherson was issued a Dec. 29 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Speeding

• At 2:20 p.m. Dec. 4, Miguel Gonzalez, 19, of Bolingbrook, was arrested following a traffic stop in the 17300 block of 127th Street for speeding (less than 39 mph over the limit). Gonzalez was issued a Jan. 19 court date at the Will County Court House.

Retail Theft

• At 11 a.m. Dec. 5, Deshun McDaniels, 24, of Chicago, was arrested following an incident in the 13400 block of Archer for retail theft. McDaniels was issued a Dec. 29 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
• At 8:44 p.m. Dec. 8, Janarah Jones, 19, of Aurora, was arrested following an incident in the 13400 block of Archer for retail theft. Jones was issued a Dec. 29 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Driving While License Suspended

• At 7:35 p.m. Dec. 7, Alfredo Trujillo, 28, of Cicero, was arrested following a traffic stop at Archer and Oak Tree Lane for driving while license suspended and expired registration. Trujillo was issued a Dec. 27 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
