Everest Academy Celebrates Day for Dads
A faith-filled celebration honoring fathers through Mass, music, and meaningful moments shared with their children.
Everest Academy recently hosted its annual “Day for Dads,” a special tradition held each year on or near the feast of St. Joseph, the ultimate earthly father.
The afternoon began with fathers joining their children for Mass, setting a meaningful and faith-filled tone for the day. Following Mass, students honored their dads by singing a song that celebrated them as their heroes.
Dads and children then enjoyed a treat together and spent time visiting classrooms, offering fathers a glimpse into their child’s daily school life. The event concluded with lively games in the gym, where dads and children faced off in friendly competition.
