Brooke Lepore Wins Grand Prize in Essay Contest

Seventh-grader Brooke Lepore won the Grand Prize in the essay contest sponsored by Senator John F. Curran of the 41st District. The contest challenged students to write about an inspiring teacher, and Brooke’s essay about Mr. Glenn Purpura stood out among many entries. Brooke was honored in a ceremony on June 4, and her essay will be displayed at the Illinois State Capitol in Springfield. Congratulations, Brooke, on this impressive accomplishment!

Clare Hamilton Achieves Perfect Score on National Spanish Exam

Clare Hamilton (Class of 2024) earned a Gold Medal with a perfect score on the 2024 National Spanish Exam. Competing against over 80,000 students nationwide, Clare’s achievement reflects her exceptional dedication to her Spanish studies. We are incredibly proud of Clare’s success and her representation of Everest Academy on a national level.
