Expired License, No Insurance: Lemont Arrests

May 26

  • Dennis Demsco, 40, of Lockport, was arrested at 4:27 p.m. following a traffic stop in the 13300 block of Archer Avenue for driving while license suspended/revoked, operation of uninsured motor vehicle and improper left turn into oncoming traffic. Demsco was issued a July 18 date at the Bridgeview Court House.
  • Jason McGuire, 31, of Burnham, was arrested at 9:57 p.m. following a traffic stop at Lemont and Old Lemont roads for driving while license suspended/revoked and no rear registration plate light. McGuire was issued a July 18 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

  • Miroslav Mihajlov, 33, of Brookfield, was arrested at 12:27 a.m. at Lockport and Main streets for driving while license suspended/revoked, driver's license expired more than one year and failure to yield right of way. Mihajlov was issued a July 18 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

May 30

  • Rafael Ochoa, 21, of Joliet, was arrested following a traffic stop at New Avenue and Industrial Drive for driving while license suspended/revoked, operation of uninsured motor vehicle and no front registration plate. Ochoa was issued a July 18 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

June 1

  • Tamika Pierce, 34, of Joliet, was arrested at 2:03 a.m. following a traffic stop at Archer and Mirta Circle for driving while license suspended, operation of uninsured motor vehicle and no headlights/ tail lights. Pierce was issued a July 16 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
