As for what to order, readers praised the eggplant parmesan at La Dolce Vita or the carbonara at Barrel & Vine.

"This is our go-to date night restaurant," one reader said of Barrel & Vine. "It's always wonderful."

Readers also recommended stopping by One Eleven Wine Bar and Martini Parlour or taking a walk along the canal path in downtown Lemont.
