Food Drive Held By Lemont Junior Woman's Club

LEMONT, IL — The Lemont Junior Woman's Club will hold a Food Drive on July 22 outside the Lemont Jewel, 1202 State St. According to the club, the drive will benefit the United Methodist and Bethany Lutheran food pantries.

The pantries are in need of various canned and dry foods, toiletries and paper goods. Monetary donations will also be accepted. You can donate outside Jewel between 12 and 6 p.m. Volunteers can provide a detailed list of all items outside of the store before you go in to do your shopping. Donations can then be given to a volunteer on your way out.
