Giving Back to Lemont Concert Set for July 25

Charity concert will feature five hours of local bands. Donations to Lemont Township food pantries encouraged.

The third annual Giving Back to Lemont concert will be held on Saturday, July 25 from 4 to 9 p.m. in the open area west of the Front Street Cantina, 319 Front St. The concert will feature five hours of local bands who have donated their time and talent to help their fellow Lemonters in need.

Admission is free to this family friendly event. A donation of non-perishable food items or monetary donation to the two Lemont food pantries is appreciated. Last year Giving Back to Lemont raised over $2,000 in cash for the two Lemont food pantries—and two truckloads of non-perishable food items.

  • 4 to 4:45: Timing’s Everything70’s, 80’s, 90’s and Top 40 Pop, Rock and even a bit of country hits.
  • 5 to 5:45: LOST In Time—wide variety of artists and hits from the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s.
  • 6 to 6:45: Three Phifths (3 of the band members from Lemont’s Band Phive)
  • 7 to 7:45: The Fourth BandMotown, rock and pop songs
  • 8:10 to 9: Gringo StarrThe Beatles, The Who, The Rolling Stones, Led Zeppelin, and Pink Floyd
