Grateful for beauty of sunsets and those who bring hope.
Only because of friends who have offered what they can, Hope and Friendship is able to arrive in someone's storm and offer the hope.

I am guilty of feeling a bit blue at times thinking "things" are
difficult, or feeling discouraged and tired of the trials and
frustrations.
However, I have to tell you that I am painfully
blessed to be constantly reminded first hand, face to face, and with
every tear stained face, that life presents so much more difficulty and
trials to so many others and I need to be more grateful, more gracious,
and more determined to ask God to help me work His wonders, rather than
whine and whimper of how I "want" things to be.
Tonight I captured this photo as I was driving to pay for a hotel room
for a few nights for a family who, due to illness and an extreme
abundance of trials, is now homeless.
I had another family on my mind who will be burying the matriarch of their family this weekend.
And the friend that I was able to write a rent check for who is a hardworking, but hard-times-abundant single mom.
Also I was thinking back on the day this week that I was able to sit
down, listen and offer some words of encouragement, a hug and some food
support to a friend whom I could see was simply beaten down and broken
from life blows.
Lots of opportunities have happened that have
reminded me that God is present here in our corner of the world. He has
sent YOU to offer donations that allow me to meet a need. Always I
tell the recipient that this is a donation from a friend to Hope and
Friendship, asking that it be put to work in our community to help meet a
need. I am just the middle woman of grace and generosity.
Does the person rejoice in being the "need"? No.

Does the person cry, express deep gratitude, offer to help in any and
every way they can in emotional gratefulness that the painful need is
being met by a "friend" they do not know, nor may never meet? Yes.
This week alone your donations, my friend, have truly met some very
extreme and dire needs and I want to take this moment to thank you
deeply, truly, and wholeheartedly for caring to offer what you can to be
the hope in what appears to be a hopeless situation for someone within
our arm's reach.
I want to thank you for allowing God to be
present in someone's storm with your generosity, mercy, love and grace,
something He offers us with every sunrise and sunset.
Thank you for helping to put hope in those most hopeless moments and chapters of life.
I am so very blessed to simply be a conduit between Him, you, and a friend.
Tonight He weaved a beautiful reminder that He is working here and now and can do so when we allow Him to move us to action.
Wishing you peace, love and countless breathtaking sunrises and sunsets my friend <3
Gratefully and humbly walking with you here in this beautiful corner of the world,
Terri
