Domestic Battery
Irena Juskeniene, 52, of the 1000 block of State Street in Lemont, was arrested for Domestic Battery following an incident in the 1000 block of State Street. She appeared at the Bridgeview Court House for a bond hearing.

Public Intoxication
On 10/16/15 at 10:00 p.m. 2 Juveniles were issued Local Ordinance Citations for Public Intoxication following an incident in the 800 block of Porter Street. The juveniles will appear in the local court.

Domestic Battery
Gary A. Nickleski, 29, of the 400 block of Lemont Street in Lemont, was arrested for Domestic Battery following an incident in the 400 block of Lemont Street. Mr. Nickleski was issued a November 5 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
WEDNESDAY, OCT. 14
Driving on Suspended License
Brittany J. Worthman, 25, of the 2700 block of Monroe Street in Gary, was arrested for Driving While License Suspended following a traffic stop at Main and Fourth streets. Ms. Worthman was issued a November 3 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
TUESDAY, OCT. 13
Possession of Cannabis
Damian Hernandez, 19, of the 1200 block of Acorn Street in Lemont, was issued a Local Ordinance Citation for Possession of Cannabis following a traffic stop for a tail light violation. Mr. Hernandez will appear in the local court.
No Insurance
David A. Cooper, 23, of the 6900 block of S. Calumet Avenue in Chicago, was arrested for No Valid Drivers License, Operation of Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Only One Red Tail Light following a traffic stop in the 10900 block of Lemont Road. Mr. Cooper will appear in the Dupage County Court House.
Driving while License Suspended
Jaquies S. Moore, 20, of the 9330 block of Hunter Drive in Orland Hills, was arrested for Driving While License Suspended and Disobeyed Traffic Control Device following a traffic stop at McCarthy Road and Archer Avenue. Mr. Moore was issued a November 5 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
Retail Theft
Joshua C. Lee, 36, of the 7400 block of W. 111th Street in Worth, was arrested for Retail Theft following an incident in the 12700 block of Archer Avenue. Mr. Lee was issued a November 3 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Ashley I. Caison, 26, of the 2100 block of Somerset Drive in Ottawa, was arrested for Retail Theft following an incident in the 12700 block of Archer Avenue. She was issued a November 3 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Joseph M. Griffith, 27, of the 700 block of Stacey Drive in New Lenox, was arrested for Driving While License Suspended and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia following a traffic stop at Wend and State streets. Mr. Griffith was issued a November 3 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
Hit and Run
Miguel Huerta, 52, of the 1000 block of Rolling Drive in Lisle, was arrested for Hit and Run, Failure to Give Aid or Information, Failure to Give Aid or Information after Striking an Unattended Vehicle and Operation of Motor Vehicle While Using Telephone following an accident in the 300 block of Freehauf Street. Mr. Huerta was issued a November 5 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Cassandra Shifflet, 20, of Lemont, was issued a Local Ordinance Citation for Possession of Cannabis and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia following a traffic stop for Expired Registration. Ms. Shifflet will appear in the local court.

Retail Theft
A juvenile was issued a Local Ordinance Citation for Retail Theft following an incident in the 13400 block of Archer Avenue. The juvenile will appear in the local court.
