Mr. Cummins was issued a December 14 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Driving on Revoked License

Terry Prochazka, 48, of the13600 block of S. Archer Avenue in Lemont, was arrested for Driving while License Revoked and Operation of Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Improper Display of Plates following a traffic stop in the 1200 block of State Street. Mr. Prochazka was issued a December 14 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

THURSDAY, NOV. 12

No Valid License, Speeding

Tabita Neukirch, 30, of the 16700 block of W. Huntington Drive in Lockport, was arrested for No Valid Drivers License and Speeding following a traffic stop at State Street and Logan Street. Ms. Neukirch was issued a December 16 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Driving on Revoked License, no Insurance

Carlton Towers, 30, of the 1400 block of W. 105th Street in Chicago, was arrested for Driving While Revoked and No Insurance following a traffic stop at Archer Avenue and Bell Road. Mr. Towers appeared at the Bridgeview Court House for a Bond Hearing.

Speeding 26–34 mph Over

Donovan J. Markiewicz, 44, of 8500 S. Kenton Avenue in Chicago, was arrested for Speeding 26-34 Over following a traffic stop in the 17400 block of 127th Street. Mr. Markiewicz was issued a December 4 court date at the Will County Court House.

DUI, No Proof of Insurance

Stanley Zieba, 46, of the 14100 block of Rado Drive in Homer Glen, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol, No Proof of Insurance, Speeding and Improper Lane Usage following a traffic stop at Parker Road and Huntmaster Lane. Failure to Yield, No Valid License

Sheri L. DUI

Adam I. Aboukheir, 21, of the 13100 block of Huntmaster Lane in Lemont, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol and Improper Lane Usage following a traffic stop at McCarthy Road and Barton Drive. Mr. Aboukheir was issued a December 16 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.

Violation of Order of Protection

Joseph V. Burdi, 48, of the 0-50 block of Jaymia Court in Lemont, was arrested for Violation of Order of Protection following an incident in the 0-50 block of Jaymia Court. Mr. Burdi appeared at the Bridgeview Court House for a Bond Hearing.

Speeding 26 mph Over

Reckless Driving

Edward M. Moeller, 19, of the 1000 block of Porter Street in Lemont, was arrested for Reckless Driving, Improper Lane Usage and Failure to Reduce Speed to Avoid an Accident, Damage to Village Property and Zero Tolerance following an accident at Fourth Street and Main Street. Mr. Moeller was issued a December 16 at the Bridgeview Court House.
