Hope and Friendship has 3 outreaches for the 3rd month of 2024
We are bringing you Prom Dresses; Easter Baskets; Spring Cleaning Bags; and Scholarships for High School Seniors ALL in one month!!!
Hope and Friendship Foundation is not just "springing" into March but "jumping" feet first!!!
Join Hope and Friendship as they continue to be a conduit of "Something Wonderful" here in this corner of the world:
1) **Give that Dress a 2nd Night Out- Prom Dress and Suit Resale- March 9th 9am-12noon @ The Nail Inn, 160 N. Chicago St., Joliet (just north of Rialto Theatre)- All are welcome to come shop through the amazing donations we receive.

Donations of formal/non-formal dresses, suits, dress shoes & accessories can be dropped off to The Nail Inn Academy, 47 Stephen St., Lemont- M-F 9am-4pm/Thur. 9am-9pm
Volunteers needed to set up Fri. Mar. 8th 3-5pm and for take down and drivers to drop off donations to other charities Sat. Mar. 9th 11:30-1:30pm

2) **Giving the Gift of Spring Cleaning & Easter Baskets- Wed. Mar. 20th- 5-7pm @ Lemont Police Dept.- Hope & Friendship works to help put a bag of much needed cleaning & paper products, personal care items, in struggling homes twice a year (Christmas & Spring).
Donations needed of cleaning products, personal care items, & paper products- by Mar. 19th to the bin inside the Lemont Police Dept. entry.
Also collecting Easter Baskets created or the necessities to create them. Please drop off all donations by Tue. Mar. 19th to the bin inside the Lemont Police Dept. entryway.
Volunteers needed to sort Spring Cleaning Bag donations, create bags, sort Easter Baskets, and deliver to homes here in our community on Wed. Mar. 20th 5-7pm in the Lemont Police Dept. Training Room.

3) **High School Senior Scholarship Challenge- Due March 29th Open to all Lemont seniors.
Two Scholarships to be awarded: $2000 and $1500
