John Vincent To Sing National Anthem Before LHS Homecoming Game

Vincent will perform before kick-off of Friday's game, which begins at 7 p.m.

LEMONT, IL — John Vincent, the resident national anthem singer for the Chicago Cubs, will sing "The Star-Spangled Banner" at Lemont High School's Homecoming game on Friday, the school said on its Facebook.

Vincent has sung the national anthem for the Chicago Cubs for 18 years. He was also the resident performer at Ditka's Steakhouse from 2001 to 2018, according to his website.

Vincent will perform before kick-off of Friday's game, which begins at 7 p.m. Lemont, who has not yet lost a game this season, will face off against Bremen High School.
