Lemont Announces 2026 St. Patrick's Day Queen, King
Molly O'Connor was named the 34th reigning queen of the parade, while Vincent DelliColli is the second reigning king.
LEMONT, IL — The nominating committee has announced Molly O'Connor and Vincent DelliColli as the St. Patrick’s Day Queen and King to reign over Lemont's 2026 St. Patrick’s Day Parade, the Village shared in a news release.
The parade will step off at 1 p.m. on Saturday in downtown Lemont.
Molly was named the 34th reigning queen of the parade, while Vincent is the second reigning king.

The Village provided information on the two Lemont High School seniors.
Molly is "an accomplished student leader whose character, kindness and commitment to serve reflect the spirit of our community," the Village said. She is involved with the National Honor Society, National Science Honor Society, Mu Alpha Theta, Thespian Society, Health Occupations Student Association, and Link Crew and Drama Club. As Captain of the Varsity Girls Wrestling team for the past three years, she helped launch the program as a freshman and continues to mentor younger athletes, according to the news release. Molly is a three-time State qualifier and recently made program history by earning the school’s first girls wrestling state medal. She is also a National qualifier and a member of the Academic All-State Wrestling Team.

Vincent, also a senior at Lemont High School, volunteers with youth wrestling and football programs, is a tri-varsity athlete, and works at ACE Hardware. "He is always the first to lend a helping hand, putting others before himself and embodying the compassion, generosity, and genuine kindness that define our community’s spirit," the Village said. The parade route on Saturday begins on north Stephen Street and heads south, then west onto Main Street, and ends at Lockport Street (VFW). A party will be held after the parade on west Main Street, Legion Park (111 Main St.,) and the Lemont VFW. The Stockyard Kilty Band will kick off the after party followed by the Irish Dancers at the gazebo in Legion Park. The party will feature a DJ, food vendors, and the VFW's famous corned beef sandwich.
