Community involvement is an integral part of sustaining an excellent fire department.
As a key stakeholder, we would hope you will agree to be interviewed as part of an overall process to seek information and participate in dialogue on how the Lemont Fire Protection District will benefit through increased community engagement. This interview will focus entirely on hopeful visions of the future and promising practices of the present.
Together with others, we are aiming to complete at least 90 interviews before December 19, 2014. We believe you are a key stakeholder with much to contribute to this project. Please consider being one of those interviewed.
The interviews are anticipated to take about a ½ hour. We would like to arrange a phone conference or meet with you at a time the works for your schedule. During the interview, we will take notes to be aggregated and analyzed for feedback during our Community Driven Planning Summit scheduled for early Spring 2015.
