Lemont High School Honors January Students Of The Month

Each month, Lemont High School honors a student from each grade level for hard work and dedication to the school and the community.

LEMONT, IL — Four Lemont High School students have been honored with January “Student of the Month” accolades. The school said this month's honorees are senior Lydia Daley (Special Education), junior Delaney Dewalls (Student Services), sophomore Kelli Crispo (Driver Education) and freshman Joey Rostis (Health). They will be recognized at the February Board of Education meeting on Feb. 19; their recognition was postponed due to hazardous weather conditions on Jan. 22.

Each month, Lemont High School honors a student from each grade level for hard work and dedication to the school and the community. The school said selections rotate among the school’s various departments from month to month. Only 32 students earn Student of the Month accolades each school year, with four individuals honored each month from October through May.

Local businessman Brad Grcevic, of Edward Jones, Inc., contributes a donation each month to a charity selected by the “Student of the Month” award winners. This month’s winners selected St. Jude Children’s Hospital to receive the donation.
