Lemont High School To Host 'Parent University'
The evening will include informative workshops and breakout sessions on the wide variety of opportunities for students after graduation.
LEMONT, IL — Lemont High School’s Student Services Department will host “Parent University” from 6:30-8:45 p.m., Thursday, Oct. 10. The school said the evening will include informative workshops and breakout sessions on the wide variety of opportunities available to students after high school. Attendees can participate in whatever sessions their schedules will allow.
The sessions will be:

Additionally, the school said there will be representatives from Northern Illinois University’s Financial Aid Office available from 7-8:30 p.m. to assist seniors and their families with the Free Application for Federal Student Aid. Attendees can drop in at the FAFSA help session as their schedules allow; there will be no formal presentation.
