Lemont High School Hosts Annual Senior Citizen Spring Social

Lemont High School will host its annual Senior Citizen Spring Social in conjunction with a dress rehearsal of its Spring Musical on May 9.

LEMONT, IL — Lemont High School will host its annual “Senior Citizen Spring Social” in conjunction with a dress rehearsal of its Spring Musical on Wednesday, May 9. A reception will be held from 5:45-6:45 p.m., prior to a 7 p.m. showing of Samuel French’s "Grease."

The school said the event is free of charge and is geared toward adults ages 55 and over, giving them a chance to mingle with the school’s students. Due to the event’s increasing popularity and space limitations, attendance will be limited to 100 guests.

Senior citizens interested in attending the Senior Citizen Spring Social should call 630-243-3222 to RSVP. Attendees may RSVP for a maximum of four people, and will be asked to provide the names of the people in their party. If calling outside normal school hours, attendees should leave a voicemail message with their name and phone number, as well as the names of the people in their party.

Lemont High School encourages senior citizens who are interested in attending the Senior Citizen Spring Social to RSVP at their earliest convenience, as reservations will be taken on a first come, first served basis.

Light refreshments will be served during the pre-show reception, which will be held in the lobby of the school’s Performing Arts Center.
