Lemont High School Plans Class Of 2031 Eighth Grade Open House

LEMONT, IL — Lemont High School will host its annual eighth grade open house on Nov. 5, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., providing an opportunity for current eighth graders and their families to visit campus and meet LHS staff, the high school shared in a news release.

Any incoming student who lives within the school’s attendance boundaries, or who will live within those boundaries during the 2027-28 school year, is encouraged to head to the event, the school said.

Lemont High School’s attendance boundaries include Lemont and portions of Darien, Downers Grove and Woodridge.

The event will also give the chance to learn about academic and extra-curricular programs offered at LHS. Eighth graders will also visit various areas at the school, including athletic facilities, the Performing Arts Center, the CITGO Innovation Academy, and several newly remodeled classrooms.
