Lemont High School's 2017 Football: IHSA Class 5A Quarterfinals

LEMONT, IL — The Lemont Indians have advanced to the quarterfinals of the IHSA Class 5A playoffs. LHS defeated Lakes High School in the second round of the playoffs, with a score of 42-6. In the first round of the playoffs, the Indians also soundly defeated Woodstock North 50-0.

Now, in the quarterfinals, LHS will face off against no. 1 seed Wendell Phillips Academy High School this Saturday, Nov. 11. The game will begin at 1 p.m., and will be played in Chicago at Gately Stadium.

The winner of Saturdays's game will advance to the semifinals and face the winner of Marian Catholic Central High School and Sterling High School. For more information about teams in the playoffs, visit IHSA's website.
