Lemont Indian’s 11U Baseball Win Nazareth Academy 11U Tournament

The Lemont Indians went 5 – 0 to capture the championship in the Nazareth Academy 11U Tournament. This was a 5 game tournament and the Lemont Indians beat the Berwyn Bandits in the championship game 8 - 3.

On the road to the Indians 2nd championship of the season the Indians beat the Naperville Black Sox (15-5), then the Indians beat the Naperville Renegades (12-7). The next day the Indians took down the Naperville Renegades for the second straight time (5-1) and in the semi final game they beat Villa Park (14-6). That left the Lemont Indians and the Berwyn Bandits to go head to head for the championship, the Indians won (8-3).

Each and every player contributed to the title…..as well as all their fans, who sat through over 94 degree heat for back to back days!!!
